Draper Civil Engineering Ltd’s policy is based primarily on continual improvements throughout the business to improve customer satisfaction and to deliver Projects Safely, within budget and on time.
The objective of the Draper Civil Engineering Ltd Health and Safety Policy, is to prevent, insofar as it is reasonably practicable to do so, during the course of the work or duties being undertaken, any accidental occurrence resulting in:
Injury to any person.
Damage to, or loss of any plant, equipment, property, materials or products.
Delays in any processes or operation.
Events that may otherwise be detrimental to efficiency and/or prestige.
Adverse impact upon the environment.

Draper Civil Engineering Ltd have an excellent safety record which they endeavor to maintain at the highest level.
All supervisors are trained to the highest standards ie to SMSTS and SSSTS levels and all operatives are trained for the operations they are to perform ie CSCS, CPCS, EUSR, First Aid, Streetworks and further specific training when required.
Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMS)
Method Statements and Risk Assessments are provided for all sections of work and communicated directly to the workforce. Tool Box talks are regularly briefed to the workforce.
Regular discussions, meetings and briefings are arranged with the workforce and others to ensure operations can be carried out safely at all times and any concerns rectified promptly.
Draper Civil Engineering Ltd have accreditation with the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and Achilles Building Confidence.
